"New York Rep. Anthony Weiner [D] has retained an attorney to advise him 'what civil or criminal actions should be taken' after a lewd picture was sent from his Twitter account," .
If you haven't heard by now, one of the hotter stories over the weekend was the news that someone sent a suggestive picture from Weiner's Twitter account to a female college student in Washington state. As :
"The photo was a crotch shot of a man in form-fitting briefs that left little to the imagination. It was quickly deleted and Weiner said he'd been hacked. ... The student, Gennette Cordova said she had never met or privately spoken to the married Queens politico, and said both she and the congressman were victims of online pranksters."
